When making an online reservation through our website, the guest must:Select the desired apartment and the dates of their stay.Provide the personal information of the reservation holder.Proceed with the deposit payment of 30% of the total reservation cost. This deposit is essential to confirm the reservation.The deposit for this reservation must be made at the time of booking. Before the service begins, payment of the remainder of the reservation will be requested along with the security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded to the same card or bank account used once our staff has verified the apartment's condition at the end of the stay.When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering further guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.Once payment is confirmed, the reservation is complete. The guest will receive a confirmation email, which they should carefully review to ensure that everything has been completed and registered according to their wishes and preferences at the time of booking. MINIMUM RESERVATION AGE: 25 YEARS Placid Apartments reserves the right to refuse admission and cancel the reservation.

If the stay results in damage or loss of utensils or property from the accommodation, common areas, or the exterior of the establishment, these must be replaced or, where appropriate, the owner must pay the amount deemed appropriate to replace or repair them.

We guarantee that every transaction carried out with Placid is 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking information are carried out using a secure environment. Placid uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network. Furthermore, your credit card information is not recorded in any database; it goes directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Placid will pursue legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

In the event of a reservation cancellation, Placid will charge your credit card as a cancellation fee, subject to the following conditions:If the cancellation of the accommodation reservation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made.If the cancellation of the accommodation reservation is made 7 days or less before the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged, along with 50% of the remaining amount of the reservation.If the cancellation of the accommodation reservation is made after the arrival date, the number of nights enjoyed, the amount of one additional night, and 50% of the remaining nights will be charged.In the event of a no-show without prior notification, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. If the reservation is changed to other dates, an attempt will be made to change the reservation as long as the apartment is available for the new dates. If the apartment is booked for all the requested dates, the aforementioned cancellation fees will apply.
