When making an online reservation through our website, the client is required to: Select the preferred apartment and specify the stay dates.  Provide the personal data of the reservation holder.  Proceed to complete the payment of a 30% advance of the total cost of the reservation. This advance payment is essential and crucial to confirm and secure the reservation.  The advance payment for the reservation must be made at the time of booking. The remaining balance of the reservation and a deposit will be requested prior the start of your stay. This deposit will be refunded to the same card or bank account used, once our staff has verified the good condition of the apartment at the end of the stay.  For payments made with VISA or MASTERCARD cards, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.  Once the payment is confirmed, the reservation will be confirmed. The client will receive the confirmation at their email, the content of which must be carefully reviewed by the client to confirm and ensure that everything has been produced and recorded in accordance with their wishes and preferences at the time of booking.   MINIMUM RESERVATION AGE 25 YEARS  Can Forcadell Apartments retains the right to determine admission and reservation cancellations.

In the event of damage or loss to any items within the accommodation, common areas, or the exterior of the property during your stay, you will be considered responsible for either replacing the damaged items or reimbursing the owner for the cost of their replacement or repair. The amount to be paid will be determined by the property owner.

We employ stringent security measures for all operations involving the transmission of personal and financial information. Our system operates on a server utilizing industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. This means that all data you share with us is encrypted while in transit over the network, safeguarding your information. Furthermore, we want to emphasize that your credit card details are never stored in any of our databases. Instead, they are directly processed by the bank's Point of Sale Terminal (POS), adding an extra layer of security to your transactions. Important: Please be aware that credit card fraud is a serious offense and Can Forcadell Apartments will pursue legal action against anyone engaged in fraudulent transactions and activities within our online store. Your security is our utmost priority. 

In case of cancellation of the reservation, Can Forcadell Apartments will charge an amount to your credit card as cancellation of the reservation, respecting the following conditions:  If the cancellation of the reservation is made up to 7 days?before the check-in date will incur no charges.?  If the cancellation of the reservation is made 7 days or less before the check-in date, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged, along 50% of the amount of the remaining nights.? If the cancellation is made after the arrival date, it will be charged the cost of the nights spent, an additional night, along 50% of the amount of the remaining unused nights.? In case of no show, without prior notification, a charge of the 100% of the reservation amount will be made.  If you wish to modify the reservation dates to alternative dates, we will try our best to accommodate the change if the apartment is available for the requested new dates. However, if the apartment is already booked for the entirety of your desired dates, the applicable cancellation fees will be enforced as previously mentioned.
